Work from home. Great when your Supervisor or Mentor answers your chat question. Good, when people are kind on the phone. Good when all the software does it's job.

Lots of software issues. No way to ask a question except on chat. That’s hard when they don’t answer quickly or ever. AHT average handle time. This is the downfall of Customer Service in my opinion. Your times for every call, must average 245 seconds. So, too hard to take care of the customers. Some require 15-20 minutes to do them correctly. Always pushed.
