Clean building, good benefits, state-of-the-art equipment to work on. Plenty of parking, some great people work there.

This place was like working at the Jonestown Cult. They made so much money through dumb luck they have no idea how to manage a company or treat people. The "culture" breeds totally sociopathic managers and I don't use that term casually. The worst people always get promoted-hard workers or decent managers will stay in the same place or eventually get fired. It's not uncommon for a 20+ year employee to have a completely false negative review written about them and be gone 3 months later. It happens all the time there now--no one ever retires there.

Everything else. Management/corporate have unrealistic kpis. You can only use the rr during your SCHEDULED break. You have to offer a sale to EVERY CALLER even if they are already upset. You can NOT hang up even if the customer is screaming/offending you. My manager once said I should’ve been more patient. Mind you the customer was already using foul language and belittling me. I POLITELY asked the customer to please refrain from using that kind of language. It continued and I told her I would have to release the call. Also you stop getting a raise after 2 years. You cap at $17/hr.
