training was good very informative set you up for success, calls were reputative a lot of the same thing, always someone there to help if needed. Raise every 6 months to start, liked that if it was a slow day we could put in for time off

didn't like that CSR had to meet a certain number of upsells per month because there weren't many sales calls in the role as it was mostly people calling for an issue with an item they'd already received so it was hard to meet the upsell quota, Also didn't feel as though there was much room for growth
