The company employs a metric system that is biased against the employee in that it does not account for multiple order numbers or customer demands. Resulting in inaccurately high Average Handel Times. Disciplinary action is issued on reported AHT. This is a malicious action designed to terminate YOU. Beware I made it 9 months and got blind sided with BS write ups. Also this company is going BANKRUPT due to debt accumulation. No commission, No opportunity, No future.
