good discounts, benefits are ok, some supervisors are good, pretty flexible as far as pto

the metrics are way unreasonable they started to make agents upsell to you get written up for everything as far as numbers and takes so long to go down steps so its hard to drop steps before the next one may happen. no overtime, cant transfer calls to anyone good luck getting the help sometimes its impossible, pissed off customers alot cause qvc wont send return labels anymore, pay could be better
