Very good culture, full with very competent people. Nobody slacks off, everybody gives their all.

Can't think about anything in particular.

The people that you work with are very professional and understand what they are doing. The is no office drama or anything like that. Annual team buildings, which are not cringe! Also the work/life balance is spectacular. Overtime is paid, but I have never used it.

No downsides that I can think of. If you want to work your way up to a bigger salary, you have the means to do it.
