We also worked 5 days a week, which is almost a rarity in the Indian startup scene these days! No micromanagement, just a 'get it done' mentality. You are trusted to do your work before the discussed deadlines.

With limited resources comes competing priorities, and sometimes that creates a work environment that is a little ambiguous and ever-changing, but that's not unique to Qandle, just something small teams grapple with all the time. If that sort of a working style is not for you, you won't enjoy working here.
