My experience with Qashio during the layoff process was unfortunately disappointing. There seemed to be a lack of clear communication and decision-making from management. After being informed about the layoffs, I repeatedly followed up regarding my pending salary and unused leave payments, but I did not receive clear answers or updates. Until today, my salary has still not been paid, and communication has been very limited. Based on conversations with other employees, many also appeared frustrated with the work environment and internal culture. I hope the company improves its communication, accountability, and overall employee support during difficult situations like these.

Need to have more clarity and a one tha can take a decision

There are literally no positives.

After an experience with the company, I noticed a lack of clear direction and objectives, along with high bureaucracy and poor organization. The work environment relies heavily on meetings more than actual execution, and when issues arise, it is difficult to identify who is responsible or find a clear point of contact for communication and follow-up.
