Organization and communication is severely lacking. The company is growing so fast that they can’t find competent people to fill the positions. Every thing you do has 10 extra steps that are unneeded. When there is an issue outside of your control, it still comes back on you to make sure you stay on schedule. Not uncommon to work 13 days straight and miss out on holidays
