Working with Qdigital was great. Employees are treated with respect and their opinions are valued. The company culture reminds you that they have a vested interest in their employee's employment satisfaction. Really knowledgeable management. Flexible policies. Family like environment but still really professional. Lots of room for advancement!

There was a high stress level, but that is just because of the nature of what they do.

It is a very small company. You would work with 3 people everyday. They have no clear job roles and you have to do everything from sysadmin, networking, helpdesk. I was hired as a network technician but they ask me to work as a help desk 90% of the time. The boss can get very attached and would yell at you everytime. Also as a network technician they pay 14 an hour which is very very low.
