This company has a lot of pros but here are some of my favorite: 1- Opportunity to learn new skills and work with a team that is very keen on keeping up with the changing technologies. 2- Positive work environment with encouraging colleagues that are always ready to help you. 3- Honest and unbiased appraisals for employees that actually work hard and bring extraordinary ideas and outputs to the table. I love how they aren't just a boring & conventional organization but a company that actually wants to approach things differently and with a creative outlook.

I don't think there are any severe cons on my end but maybe I wish they soon open more office locations worldwide in addition to the ones they have already so the team keeps growing with diverse and creative people.
