Starting to become a "sales led" organization again and not a "product" led one.

Svantaggi

Major loss of market share with core products (VMS) in markets. Loss of "customer first, do anything to serve the customer" culture. We developed too many internal layers between sales/customer and those with the answers and who deliver what is needed to solve issues.
