The company has been in existence for about 13-14 years and yet is not profitable - Senior management lacks the ability to determine skills required for non-engineering roles - Extreme adherence to structure even at the cost of efficiency and performance - Inability to see the big picture - Insistence on blaming customers for supposed lack of knowledge instead of trying to incorporate their feedback into the product - Operating in US but not adopting the business culture here - Incompetent US management
