Very transparent structure of organisation and career path. 6. Informal and off-the-job bonding is off the charts. 7. Takes very generous steps to make you feel comfortable and deals with your concerns as if their own. The VP discussed issues like my mental health at one point and has been there for me as a person.

1. The training schedules and assignments can get a little messy. But, that is only a possibility. 2. The job does not pay you. It is not a con per se. They mention it flat-out on their website. The CEO does not even get paid. But, the work does not feel like asking for money.
