Information sharing is not part of normal business practices. Do not ask many questions. They tell you it is ok to do so, but you will be criticized for it. While there are good parts of working at this employer, it is very stressing because you are expected to be available 24/7. Be careful what you say as employees are encouraged to let managment know of any comments made by coworkers.
