Large company, handled Covid well, CEO appears to want to move into the marketing industry. The day to day people are wonderful. The ones doing the work understand what we’re going through and they are trying to help.

Executives only think about the presses. They broke us up into individual groups who don’t talk to each other which makes it hard to do good work now. Client service is a bad word to them. We fight it every day and we are tired. They got rid of most of the Ivies . They don’t listen to us. They think only about cost savings. We can’t get anything done fast anymore. 15 managers have to approve every request. The IT department was decimated and they didn’t even know what we do. They messed up our Accounting department. They withhold payments to vendors and we are the ones getting screamed at. Everything is battle to do what we used to be able to do. We understand covid happened to everyone but at least try to understand us before you tear us apart. You are killing our relationships with clients. We don’t understand why you bought us. CEO says to do marketing. Leaders beneath him do not care and view us as bugs to be squashed.
