CEO is one of the most genuine I've ever worked for. His willingness to just say it like it is but with compassion and empathy for the situation is refreshing and very humanizing. The company has big visions and is making investments to fulfill those dreams through both internal investments and through acquisitions.

The company is very big. Outside of the printing facilities, the organization is very matrixed and there are redundancies that need to be consolidated.
