      Working for the market leader in guest communications solutions to the Hospitality industry. Quadriga have an excellent senior and middle management team, with an in depth understanding of the market. At Quadriga you are well rewarded for hard work, and good performance, and they really look after their employees. Plenty of scope for advancement, and the company invests in the training and development of its staff.

      I cannot think of any - worked for Quadriga for two years and thoroughly enjoyed my time there.

      We endeavour to make sure that we continually reward and acknowledge those who work hard, make a positive contribution and demonstrate our company values. We encourage both management and peers to recognise employees who perform highly and endeavour to further support this through the development of new learning and development initiatives within the company. We work hard to maintain and reinforce communication channels amongst departments to encourage learning and training internally as well as externally.

      More recently there has been a change in the ownership and management of the company which has enabled us to ensure that the right management team are driving the company forwards and ensuring that we are continually exploring and developing opportunities in the industry. Innovation is at the heart of what we do, so much so that it is one of the factors that makes up an important set of company values which we ask all employees to demonstrate in their day to day working lives. We are also developing initiatives such as employee suggestion schemes to encourage and explore innovative ideas from those who are at the heart of the business – our employees!
