      Decent pay for So Cal area. Stocks & RSU makes it definitely look better than other employers in San Diego area. Health insurance coverage is very good, but moving towards a cheaper plan starting from 2016.

      Svantaggi

      Zero work-life balance. Everything works based on priority and short staffing makes matters even worse. Very easy for new hires to get lost in the system and difficult for existing employees to motivate themselves.
