-easy to get hired, long as you have some form of customer service skills -schedule is set in stone -nice community of people! It truly feels like a work family even though it’s REMOTE work -there’s room for growth. If you want to be a lead, you can be one as long as you can prove to everyone that you are knowledgable and efficient at your job.

Svantaggi

-if you work the weekends, don’t ever expect to be off on Saturday or Sunday -training can be limited and you learn as you go -very strict QA scoring and can feel as if your under a microscope being graded by every single word you say. You said “good morning” instead of “welcome”? 10 points off.

It's a great job to break into the banking industry. Their onboarding/training process is extensive to ensure that you are prepared for production. Their metric system will definitely force you to apply yourself to reach new heights that you didn't think was possible.

Svantaggi

Its difficult to manage your attendance and benefits without having access to it from a website or app. PTO, sick and vacation time are combined which isn't given to you after 90 days. So if you miss a day, time won't accumulate and they don't give annual raises.
