Not much face to face interaction between office and field staff which complicates some tasks.

Owner is accessible. Office is ok. A couple managers know what they are doing. Benefits are slim but there. Subs price work after several attempts to contact.

High demand and hours worked are at least 65-80 per week. Have to worry about losing your job everyday. No team building. No company morale. Under microscope for anything that doesn't bring huge profits.
