Progressive Company - Recensione dipendente - Product Owner presso Qualis Flow

The company has a great product that I believe can make a real impact in the construction industry.

The senior leadership is difficult to work with and they have very little empathy or willingness to support when people are struggling. The onboarding is chaotic and does not set you up for success. And when expressing the unreasonable amount of work- the response was always that I should prioritise. When I did prioritise- I was reprimanded for letting those non-priorities 'drop'. Also terrible commission structure- which demotivates teams instead of encouraging behaviour that benefits the company strategy

I don’t think I can describe the sensor belonging you feel at Qflow! You are not just an employee here you’re part of the team, driving the company’s visions and missions! The remote working environment is well balanced and work/life balance is genuinely important at Qflow! We have company socials both remote and in person which helps to get to know wider teams when working remotely!

I genuinely can’t think of any! Every job has its cons but with Qflow, there are no company specific cons.
