Not much to really say

Endless mandatory over time means more money. The job is easy to get into. You will get a lot of experience different parts of manufacturing depending on circumstances. People who aren't in management are very nice

Inconsiderate superiors They act like over time will end eventually but it never does. One half an hour lunch break for the whole 10 and a half hour day if you're on overtime. Management wants you to not think for yourself and read their mind. The company says they have Christian values but they don't seem to care about them as much inside the factory.
