Flexibility of schedule, decent products.

Svantaggi

Ever changing pay plan. No one to work on behalf of the sales consultants. Promised 3 appointment per day luck to get 3 or 4 per week Reps use the own vehicle and gas but they are sent hours away for appointments where there are no viable opportunities to make a sale. It takes weeks or months to get a job installed.
