its not the greatest pork :(

The people are very friendly, welcomed me within the first hour of being on the job. The job gets done at a 2 or 3 in the afternoon, so I had the rest of the day to myself. Since it is a physical job, I got into much better shape from it.

Had to wake up very early. By the end of the Summer my body clock was used to it, just took some time to adjust. Since the climate in the kill, and the cut are completely different you have to make sure you are dressed properly or your day will be miserable.
