People you work with are really great. Really flexible hours, and the work isn't too demanding. The 10% discount on anything you buy there is also a really nice benefit.

It's been hit hard by the pandemic and lockdowns. The budget is too low to give more hours to workers. Shifts used to be really consistent, and you'd do either eight or six hour shifts a day. Now your shifts could be four hour shifts for the whole week. (You could be in work five days of the week, but you're actually only being paid for twenty odd hours.) Because of these really short shifts and the fact that nearly everyone is on minimal hours means the shops are essentially being ran with what I see as a skeleton crew. Outside of the pandemic, customers can be an absolute nightmare to deal with. The tills aren't that great either, they tend to jam, and if you end up messing something up, you can't reverse it.
