Management doesn’t get it. They make decisions without asking the team or understanding the technical side. Communication is bad and it’s like they don’t care about your input. Pay is really low compared to other companies. They expect a lot of work and hours but don’t pay you enough for it. Feels like they’re taking advantage of you. Bench policy is terrible. If you’re not on a project, you’re just sitting there with no real work. You still have to be around and they keep you busy with pointless stuff. It’s a waste of time. projects are very basic and boring no learning no growth feels like career stuck. managers have no technical knowledge they just push work and decisions make no sense.
