Senior leadership has ghosted the workforce since being acquired by private equity. Feedback opportunities are scarce, and the data is presented back in the most dishonest ways possible. Since the layoffs, most executives have spent more time trying to convince us that they are the right people for the jobs when their performance has shown anything but that. Very hostile and clenched up environment. Laughable because you cannot cry A lot of responsibility falls on frontline managers, who are oftentimes not given many resources to handle them.
