I quickly felt that i was being overworked with little regard for my personal schedule or time. Additionally, when my schedule began to change I felt that they were not truthful with the reason for the changes and ultimately I decided it was no longer a good fit for me. I found it interesting that this company did not have an HR department or lead during the time I worked there.
