Quantified went to having everyone work remotely during COVID. The productivity and employee satisfaction gains were so successful that the company has decided to remain 100% remote going forward, regardless of the pandemic. The CEO has been very supportive. I feel like I'm doing some of the best work of my career, and it is largely due to the CEO's guidance, communication and level-headed thinking. It seems like some former employees had a hard time here. I'm sorry to hear that, but it is not like that now. I'm so excited for where this company is going. We're doing something that helps people improve their lives. We have really great teamwork, and we are helping each other be successful.

With remote work, it can be difficult to have the connectedness that you have when working in person with a team. The company keeps it as an ongoing discussion to figure out solutions to this, and they put money behind it. So far, in 6 months, the out-of-towners have been flown in twice for company activities, which is a big positive.
