1. Great Working Space 2. Decent training

1. Business Analyst don't get to do any analysis, didn't learn anything to do with Analytics, struggling now. 2. Working hours depend on your client, you have no say in it 3. Lack of guidance due to no experienced senior management ( the young guys at high posts feel like they can yell at you anytime) 4. Lots and lots of politics
