After only a few months with the company, I’m confident to say that the Quantis spirit has left an incredibly positive mark on me, and will guide my future professional endeavors. Beyond the incredible culture, Quantis offered me an opportunity to learn and receive mentorship from incredibly talented, driven people, who inspire through their impact. In addition, the flexibility at Quantis has allowed me to develop myself and make an impact in-line with my aspirations.

While my experience has been overall positive, I would like to highlight two important points to prospective employees. Work at Quantis can be unstructured at times; thus it will be up to you to organize your work and your time. If you are seeking a top-down, structured work environment, Quantis might frustrate you and simply be the wrong place for you to work.

Decent flexibility. I work with good people.

poor benefits when comparing to similar consulting firms. Fairly low pay, and not a great bonus structure.
