Line managers don't understand burnout and just blame the employees rather than helping. People are leaving in droves because of the line managers' lack of support. - It seems like we get new direction from global and BCG teams all the time with no forewarning, discussion or alternatives. - Performance metrics are very unclear and change all the time. - No global or branch retreats anymore, only small team retreats, so limited opportunities to meet others in the company when most work remotely.
