      No real cons - but if you don't like the start up environment, then it is not for you. This is not a 9-5, work remote, 5000 employee company, Start ups have fire drills, fast direction changes and competing priorities and resources. All is required to ultimately succeed and navigate a very new space - the road map has not been created.
