There was a very good working environment and atmosphere. People there were nice, smart and got well paid. Your innovative ideas or solutions almost had no restrictions. Flexible working time and free lunch.

The management did not clearly articulate its management philosophy; some projects were launched and withdrawn too arbitrarily. Many mid- and senior-level managers didn't show rich industry experience. I saw one who did not even have a basic professional manner. There were too many layoffs for a company of this size, 3 times within about 2 years. This is somewhat indifferent to employees. Hope the Pros above were not just based on having enough money.
