Mental healthcare (e.g. psychiatrist and licensed counselor visits) are 100% covered by employer. -Gracious and collegial senior leadership. VP and director level leaders are accessible and genuinely friendly. As a result, QW does not feel very hierarchical. A coworker recently described this aspect of Quantum's culture as "utopian" and it really does feel that way sometimes. I have a lot of distrust/skepticism for organizations that talk about how they're a "family", and fortunately QW does not use that language, but I have to emphasize that the psychological safety here is top-notch.

-Pay across most individual contributor roles is not particularly competitive. -Some teams are continually understaffed, which limits overall org success and productivity. -Change management and internal communication is a struggle, even though Quantum is a small organization (headcount of roughly 130 employees).
