Immediate coworkers are great people that are very knowledgeable. The benefits (Medical, dental, 401k) are top notch and very hard to beat. The company as a whole is great.

Specific upper managers are very stuck in the early 2000's ways of getting things done. "Cutting Edge Technology" is only a term these managers could have used in a truthful manner roughly 15 years ago. These same managers do not believe in taking in advice from the people around them that they employ. It is their way or the highway. Period. Even if their way is running the product into the ground. They simply believe they know better and refuse to believe anything differently. The pay is rather low for the positions and work entailed at ANS.
