Continuous Learning: Unlike places where you just repeat what you already know, the environment here challenges both freshers and experienced professionals to constantly learn something new. Great Team Culture: The workplace taught me the true value of teamwork, proving that everyone’s opinion genuinely matters. Skill Development: Beyond technical AI learning, I mastered how to properly brainstorm and think outside the box during design, rather than just copying existing visuals. Amazing People: The entire team, from the management to the employees, is incredibly sweet, helpful, and supportive.

No Major Complaints: The overall experience, the people, and the culture were so perfect that it is hard to find any real downsides to working here.

As an apprentice, Quawd has been exactly the kind of workplace I was hoping for. The environment is friendly, supportive, and focused on learning. Whenever I don't understand something, people take the time to explain it rather than criticize, which has helped me learn with confidence. The work-life balance is excellent, and the game sessions add a fun element to the work culture. I've also gained valuable knowledge through regular learning sessions where we discuss new concepts, industry terms, and ideas that help us grow professionally.

I haven't experienced any major cons so far. It's been a very positive learning experience.
