      Unable to use time off because of supervisor denying request, disrespect, all they care about is the bottom line. They could care less about their employees

      Pay is higher than most in the area. Hours are good. Benefits are good.

      It’s very difficult to get time off for anything, regardless of how much vacation time you have. Only 15% of those hours will carry over and you lose what you’ve worked for and weren’t able to use. Not enough floats to cover the territory so people can actually get time off. Pay raises aren’t very good.
