Still managed from the Top down (zero leadership or accountability) at the exempt levels - non-exempts work more with less, as there are too many subsideries to effectively support in an 8 hour day (if you are lucky to work an 8 hour day), Fear of reprisal is deeply imbedded and encouraged to influence production.
