      There's alot of favoritism. There's one lady names maxine that runs the office. Everyone is scared of her, so basically if you don't suck up to her ,she'll get you out.

      Pay is higher than most in the area. Hours are good. Benefits are good.

      It’s very difficult to get time off for anything, regardless of how much vacation time you have. Only 15% of those hours will carry over and you lose what you’ve worked for and weren’t able to use. Not enough floats to cover the territory so people can actually get time off. Pay raises aren’t very good.
