Very independent if you meet production quotas. People trust you to do your job if you prove to be good at it. If you do meet their high standards you will have no free time. If you don't meet their standards they make sure you have no free time. Might as well get good. I found managers that were unhelpful did not last. I found managers that were helpful appreciated a direct no nonsense approach.I received 1 phone call from the office on my days off in all 3 years. Work stays at work.
