You dos a great job? Well, good thing you know it cause no one else will tell you that you did. Made one mistake out in the thousands of people you did? EVERYONE will know, and you will be told immediately. Hired at 40 hrs? Sounds good, right? Well, until they decided to cut you to 20 or let you go all together! This company is NOT loyal to its employees, but as an employee they expect total loyalty. This is a company first, family second kind of mentality.
