The staff usually comprises of young and vibrant individuals so if you are just starting out, you would fit in with ease. If you're seeking a place to grow, then Quest is a good place for you.

Poor management of staff. Too lenient that sometimes section head/senior staff can get away with neglecting junior staff. Lack of proper competency tests so you can't exactly gauge how competent you are.
