      no firm direction, constant changing of ceo, directions, etc. Earlier it was a long-term place. Today, you can't be sure about anything here.

      Thank you for sharing your thoughts here. I'm a big fan of our office in Cork, especially the living wall. We can't wait to reopen there when conditions allow it.       The new ELT has been making a lot of changes to shift Quest to newer products, focus, and GTM strategies. This has been much needed, and the future looks much brighter. Regardless of the changes, the culture of respect and inclusivity and people-support has remained. I would refer Quest as an employer, especially the Legal department, to anyone I know.

      As with any period of changes and redirected focus, there has been some turmoil in reductions, tool/platform changes, etc. This would be a tough environment for anyone who has trouble adapting.
