Getting to share that feeling with my coworkers led to a wonderful work environment. Working here is still the most rewarding experience I've had in my career to date. - High visibility, impactful projects. I had just one year of work experience when I joined QB and this was my first data analyst role, yet I was trusted with projects that directly impacted the business and gained valuable experience having a seat at the table when important decisions were made based on analyses I conducted. - Small, intimate team. At larger companies, you may be pigeonholed into just 1-2 tasks, especially as an entry-level employee. At QB, I touched every project that came to the Data & Tech team which meant that I was exposed to lots of technologies and was able to learn new skillsets.

- I left QB simply because the Bay Area wasn't for me. Other tech jobs in the area may offer significantly higher salaries and benefits, but the culture, the work, the staff, and the mission are unbeatable.
