Questa offers recruiting opportunities for both direct-hire and contract positions. At my time with Questa, I was given plenty of opportunities to place candidates, and was very successful in doing so. The National Account Manager has some great relationships with global companies, so any candidates that are submitted will be highly considered. Overall, Questa provides a great opportunity for both entry-level and experienced recruiters to make some good money (base salary plus strong commission structure). You will be able to focus on your strengths, whether that be contract or full-time, to drive results and make placements. Additionally, the work/life balance is excellent (no weekends or overtime required, but you can work additional hours if it is beneficial to you), and the new office is very nice.
