- Old software that is not optimized for todays clients - Churn is through the roof. - Confused leadership that changes direction every 6 months - Has a very clear structure of Hiearchy - which makes 0 sense for a company of this size and given the dynamic enviorment - Leadership engages in Manipulative techniques to make sure nobody "steps out of line" - Lots of competitors that are moving way faster - QB is left behind the curve

I was laid off from this company after less than 3 months of working here. This was one of several waves of layoffs. The company had more honest ratings on Glassdoor previously which somehow appear to have been reset, which is pretty ironic for company whose core product is feedback and listening.
