Flexible work balance as the compay allows remote working. Lots of work related traveling opportunties as onsite project arise globally.

No real career progression as promotion opportunities is very selective (i.e. not based on actual work performance but instead who the management personally like). Holiday leave is often declined even when requested in advance due to staff coverage being prioritised. No appreciation for staff that have given 8+ years of service. As they have a track record of employing new staff with less experience and paying them more, instead of appropriately compensating existing staff that have years of experience with the company.
