Changes in work culture - Recensione dipendente - New Account Specialist presso Questrade

At first the company doesn’t pay enough as the work they expect employees to do. Questrade was known for its amazing work culture and flexibility for employees, but recently they have made many changes which had made work culture as super stressful and there is no more flexibility given to employees. The company doesn’t care about the employees as they show and they do not value the opinions of the employees. Currently the environment is really stressful and employees have no value in the company and are treated like robots.
